Rate and Reservation
We offer an honest and clear pricing policy with no hidden costs. The prices include everything: service fee, unlimited KM, insurance and all essential equipment is also included.
Our minimum rental period is 4 days. We offer a discount for longer rental periods (5 % discount for 14 days or more).
You can pick up the van any day – Monday to Sunday. Our office hours are between 8 am and 8 pm. If you arrive out of these hours we charge a small extra fee (20 €). The pick up is available from 14:00 pm and the drop off is until 12:00 am.
You can pay via PayPal and credit or debit card. You pay 50 % of the rental price when you book your van online. The remaining 50 % you pay until 7 days before arrival. On each rental we have maximum security deposit of 400 € which is hold on your credit card when you pick up the van. You get your security deposits back within one week after the drop of your rental camper or in the moment of the drop off in case of cash. It could be longer if we are awaiting quotes for damage repair.
Important: The credit card you pay with has to be in the name of the hirer. And on your credit card you need enough funds to cover the security deposit.
You have to be over 23 years old and at least 2 years of valid car driving license for renting a van. On arrival we we scan your ID and driving license. The price includes one main driver.
Pick Up and Drop Off
Pick Up and Drop off is in El Medano – only 15 minutes away from the South Airport of Tenerife. You can easily get to El Medano by bus or taxi (apx. 12 €). You can collect your van from 15:00 to 20:00 pm. The return has to be before 12 am on the last day. If you want to pick up or return the van out of these hours, please contact us.
You should bring when you pick up your camper: Driving license of all the named drivers and passport/ID.
Returning: When you return the camper van please notice that our drop off is in El Medano until 12 am. If you want to return the van later, we charge another day. The van should be returned with full tank – as you also got it with fuel full – and clean. To minimize the costs for you there is no cleaning fee if you bring it back clean (washed from outside at the petrol station and cleaned from inside). If it’s not clean or you want us to clean we charge a extra 50 € cleaning fee.
What happens if my arrival is delayed?
You must notify us as soon as you know about the delay. If you arrive after 8 pm, the extra charges of 20 € will apply. If you fail to notify us of any delay you will be charged 50 € administration fee for staff waiting time.
Does the camper van have to have a full fuel tank?
Yes, please make sure your fuel tank is full like you got the camper van. The camper must be returned washed, swept out and surfaces wiped down and fuel full.
Does the camper have to be clean?
To avoid extra costs for you, we ask you to keep the camper van clean and to return it clean. Please wash the outside of the van with water at the gas station, clean the interior and sweep once. If you don’t return the van clean or you want us to clean it, we charge a 50 € cleaning fee.
Our hygiene concept
We hand over the van to you clean and disinfected. The towels and bed linen are freshly washed by laundry at 60ºC.
We ask our guests to keep the camper van clean, respect hygiene procedures, wear masks and keep a safe distance to others during their trip.

Cancellation Policy concerning Covid-19
We adapted our cancellation policy to provide enhanced support during these uncertain pandemic times:
If your flight gets cancelled or you decide not to fly to Tenerife more than 48 hours before your booking, we’ll reschedule your dates for another time that suits you and is available. We give you a voucher for reschedule your booking. This voucher must be used within 1 year.
Can I modify my booking?
Within 48 hours after your booking on our website you can do changes in your booking free of charge. In this case please write us immediately an email. After 48 hours there is a 50 € admin fee for modifying your booking. Your changes always depend to availability and prices may vary for a different period.
When you cancel more than one month before your arrival date you get 80% of the paid booking deposit refunded. In case of cancellation with less than one month before the arrival date the paid booking deposit (50% of the full amount) is not refundable.
What covers the insurance?
When you book your camper van with us your standard cover includes 3rd Party cover. This covers every damage you do to others; for other peoples property if you should crash into them. Also it covers damage on other passengers. It does not include damage done to your rented camper van. Neither damage caused by vandalism or break ins. Tyre and glass damage is not included and you will be charged for replacement tyres, if needed. Glass damage to any of the windows will be charged with replacement and installation fee. No interior damage is covered by any of our waiver packages.
If you break anything on the camper, we will deduct the cost incurred from your deposit. We keep a deposit of 400 € which we return within 7 days if everything is fine with your rented camper van. To prevent any damages, we take great care of our camper vans, so you will have a carefree, beautiful vacation in your camper van.

What happens if I have an accident?
Please call first the local police (110), take pictures of any vehicles involved and road positions. Call us too and do not sign any documentation without consulting us first. We are here to help!
What happens if we break down?
You can always call us. We organize the tow truck if the van is not able to drive anymore. When the problem with the van can’t be solved the same day, we give you another van if one is available. If not we pay you a nearby accommodation.
Driving your VW T3 camper van
How economical are your vans?
Our T3 camper vans are very economic and don’t need a lot of petrol. In average they consume 7.8l to 100km with diesel fuel. And the fuel is extremely cheap in Tenerife (around 0,87 €/l).
Do you provide bedding?
Sure. You get your camper van with freshly laundered duvets, pillow and sheets. We also provide you towels.
Do the vans have gas cooker?
Yes, we provide a 2 hob gas cooker in every camper van. The gas is included! If your gas bottle runs out you can easily exchange it at a petrol station. Keep the receipt of the spending and we will refund you the amount. We also have a second portable camping gas cooker to give you a “back up” if the gas runs out in an unpleasant moment and we don’t want that you miss your morning coffee at the sea side.
Can we travel anywhere with the VW camper vans?
You can travel in Tenerife whereever you want with our camper van. To be able to solve your problems within short distance taking a ferry and going to other canary islands is not allowed.
